I'm working with a well-established, friendly firm in Reading that's looking for a Family Legal Secretary to support their busy (but lovely) family law team.

The hours?
25 hours a week, 9 am to 2 pm, Monday to Friday.
Perfect if you want your afternoons back but still want to be part of a fast-moving legal environment.

* Providing day-to-day secretarial support to a tight-knit family law team
* Typing (audio & copy) letters, court documents, reports
* Managing diaries and scheduling appointments
* Handling client calls with empathy and professionalism
* Preparing court bundles and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes

What they're looking for:

* Previous legal secretarial experience (ideally in family law)
* Someone highly organised, accurate, and discreet
* Confident handling sensitive matters and supporting clients with care
* Proactive, team-focused and familiar with legal admin systems (Tikit/Partner for Windows experience is a bonus, not a deal-breaker)

What's in it for you?

* Supportive team culture with a people-first attitude
* Career development in a respected family-focused law firm
* Competitive salary and benefits
* The chance to make a difference every day to clients navigating tough situations
