What You’ll Be Doing
- Juggle a caseload of residential property matters—freehold, leasehold, shared ownership, remortgages, or new builds.
- Lead and motivate our team, ensuring everyone’s on top form.
- Network like a legal social butterfly, bringing in business and charming clients with your knowledge and professionalism.
- Supervise your capable assistant, who will take care of the nitty‑gritty.
- Keep everything running smoothly with the firm’s CRM, case‑management system, and post‑completion tasks.
- Handle recruitment and HR duties for the department.
What We’re Looking For
We need someone who’s been around the conveyancing block a few times: five or more years of residential conveyancing experience is ideal. If you know your way around the conveyancing process and can confidently say, “I’ve got this,” we’d love to meet you. Bonus points if you can keep calm under pressure.
