The Role
You’ll be the right-hand person to a team of conveyancers, handling everything from preparing quotes to keeping clients, estate agents, and other solicitors in the loop. Expect plenty of variety, lots of learning, and the occasional emergency hunt for That One Missing Document.
Daily Adventures Include:
- Preparing and sending out quotes (and following up like a pro).
- Opening new files and getting contracts out the door.
- Preparing completion statements (we’ll show you how).
- Registering properties and dealing with SDLT returns (we’ll train you).
- Keeping clients, agents, and solicitors informed.
- Taming the daily post and making sure nothing gets missed.
