What You’ll Be Doing
- Juggle a caseload of residential property matters—freehold, leasehold, shared ownership, remortgages, or new builds.
- Lead and motivate our team, ensuring everyone’s on top form.

- Supervise your capable assistant, who will take care of the nitty‑gritty.
- Keep everything running smoothly with the firm’s CRM, case‑management system, and post‑completion tasks.

What We’re Looking For
We need someone who’s been around the conveyancing block a few times: five or more years of residential conveyancing experience is ideal.
