The team specialises in all aspects of property litigation, working closely with colleagues to resolve disputes swiftly and cost-effectively.
The Role:
As a go-to Property Litigation Solicitor, you’ll dive into a variety of contentious property issues, including but not limited to:
- Business tenancy renewals (both opposed and unopposed)
- Communications Code matters
- Breach of lease covenants and lease terminations
- Service of break notices
- Dilapidations and disrepair claims
- Rent reviews and service charge recoveries
- Possession claims, including squatter evictions
- Development disputes involving restrictive covenants and overage
- Easement disputes, such as rights of way and light obstruction
Who Are We Looking For?
A qualified solicitor with 3+ years PQE in Property Litigation. (NQ solicitors with a passion for property litigation and a willingness to learn will also be considered.) Experience in landlord and tenant matters is essential. A proactive individual who can work independently and as part of a team. Someone local to our offices in Fareham or Worthing because commuting from Brighton is no joke!
