The Role:

As a go-to Property Litigation Solicitor, you’ll dive into a variety of contentious property issues, including but not limited to:

  • Business tenancy renewals (both opposed and unopposed)
  • Communications Code matters
  • Breach of lease covenants and lease terminations
  • Service of break notices
  • Dilapidations and disrepair claims
  • Rent reviews and service charge recoveries
  • Possession claims, including squatter evictions
  • Development disputes involving restrictive covenants and overage
  • Easement disputes, such as rights of way and light obstruction

Who Are We Looking For?

A qualified solicitor with 3+ years PQE in Property Litigation. (NQ solicitors with a passion for property litigation and a willingness to learn will also be considered.) Experience in landlord and tenant matters is essential. A proactive individual who can work independently and as part of a team. Someone local to our offices in Fareham or Worthing because commuting from Brighton is no joke!
