Personal Injury Secretary / Administrative Assistant

Our client is a highly respected, long-established law firm with a reputation for excellence in the Personal Injury team. They are now on the lookout for a confident, proactive secretary/administrator to join them and help keep things running like clockwork.
What you’ll be doing:
- Liaising with experts, counsel, witnesses, and the court
- Preparing correspondence and legal documents (audio and copy typing)
- Using accounting and time recording software
- Checking documents for accuracy
- Managing diaries, booking appointments, and handling client queries
- General admin: scanning, photocopying, preparing mail
- Ensuring confidentiality and GDPR compliance
What we’re looking for:
- You don’t need to tick every box but if you’ve got experience in personal injury and love being the calm, capable presence in a busy team, we want to hear from you.
- Solid academic background
- Previous secretarial experience (PI preferred but not essential)
- Familiarity with Proclaim Case Management is a bonus but we’ll train you
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset
