Location: Greater Manchester, England, United Kingdom Key Responsibilities * Lead and manage the engineering team to deliver operational and project objectives within a regulated manufacturing environment. * Ensure compliance with industry standards, health and safety regulations, and quality requirements. * Oversee preventative and reactive maintenance programmes to maximise equipment performance and reliability. * Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimise manufacturing processes and reduce downtime. * Manage budgets, resources, and engineering projects to agreed timescales and quality standards.
