Location: Greater Manchester, England, United Kingdom Key Responsibilities * Lead and manage the engineering team to deliver operational and project objectives within a regulated manufacturing environment. * Ensure compliance with industry standards, health and safety regulations, and quality requirements. * Oversee preventative and reactive maintenance programmes to maximise equipment performance and reliability. * Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimise manufacturing processes and reduce downtime. * Manage budgets, resources, and engineering projects to agreed timescales and quality standards. In return, you'll receive: * Flexible start and finish times between 7:00–9:30am and 3:00–6:30pm. * Annual bonus of up to 8% based on company and personal performance. * 24 days holiday (increasing to 25 days after one year, plus one extra day every 5 years). * Private healthcare and Employee Assistance Programme. * Annual pay review with opportunities for progression.
