Working on their largest manufacturing facility, we are seeking an experienced professional to oversee and manage its cut-and-bent and fabrication operations. This pivotal role ensures end-to-end production efficiency, from intake to delivery, with a focus on quality, safety, and continuous improvement across processes and teams. This position is ideal for a seasoned operations manager with a strong background in metal fabrication. You'll thrive in this role if you enjoy working across cross-functional teams, implementing lean principles, and driving results in a fast-paced, technical environment where quality and safety are paramount. Key Responsibilities * Lead all aspects of cut-and-bent and fabrication operations, ensuring production targets, efficiency, and safety standards are met. * Collaborate with planning, transport, and sales teams to align production with demand and support business goals. * Oversee maintenance coordination to minimise downtime and ensure asset optimisation. * Implement and monitor KPIs to drive continuous improvement using lean and smart manufacturing techniques. * Maintain strict compliance with CARES standards, environmental policies, and safety regulations.
