Sales Operations Executive
Location: Wilmslow, Cheshire (Hybrid)
Working Hours: 8:30 am – 5:00 pm

The Citation Group is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Operations Executive to join our fast-paced and growing Contact Centre team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to support our internal finance operations as we expand internationally.
Key responsibilities include:
- Review recorded customer calls to assess appointment quality against business standards.
- Share call recordings with colleagues for training and feedback.
- Manage inbound lead administration and allocation.
- Answer inbound customer calls professionally.
- Handle appointment cancellations and update systems accordingly.
