Responsibilities- Provide endâtoâend telephone support for all employee relation needs, acting as a primary contact for a wide range of employment law and HR subjects such as disciplinary, grievance, TUPE and early conciliation.
- Identify and evaluate risk/claims, enabling clients to make informed decisions on how they wish to run their business.
- Provide adâhoc support in the form of proactive and reactive services, including HR training, facilitating disciplinary and grievance hearings, TUPE/redundancy consultations and potentially exit negotiations on behalf of clients.
- Support clients to remain compliant in the everâchanging world of employment law.
- Qualified solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or working towards either of these qualifications, or experience providing employment legal advice within private practice or consultancy.
- A minimum of 3â4 years operating in an internal HR role.
- Experience providing advice on complex and varied employment law and HR issues.
- Passion for helping and supporting clients to achieve their business needs.
- Tact, diplomacy, an eye for detail and excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Selfâmotivated and able to work autonomously.
- Actively committed to selfâdevelopment.
- Desirable experience in independently conducting meetings with employees.
