You’re a creative designer who has experience in spatial, 3D and experience design. You have an active, curious mind, a sharp eye, and a deep love for form, light, and motion. You know your way around the latest modeling tools, but more importantly, you know how to tell a story through space and shape. You’ll use a combination of AI tools with design software to enhance, augment and expand your creative thinking and ideation before being able to develop your work to a level that can be clearly communicated, positioned and presented and help solve our client business challenges.

- You are confident to take a brief and start shaping spaces that tell stories and brand experiences.
- You can apply a logical approach to spatial design and express your ideas through drawings, visuals and words as required.
- Excited by the blend of digital and physical to build human-centric experiences.
- Passionate about key trends within the design community and regularly share with your peers and the external world.
- Can communicate your thinking clearly, to clients, to collaborators, and to those in your team.
- Able to manage your time efficiently and have excellent internal communication skills.
- Work to a consistently high standard at pace and against tight deadlines.
- Sustainable mindset and awareness.
Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in 3D spatial design including a range of types and scale of projects (exhibition design, experiential design, interiors, conference and everything in between).
Essential skills:
- Fluent in 3D modelling and rendering tools (Studio Max, Corona, Unreal Twinmotion).
- Confident in CAD for space design: Vectorworks.
- Knowledge of Adobe Cloud suites of tools also required.
- Curious and confident using AI tools as collaborators, not just shortcuts.
- Have a good grasp of materials, lighting, atmosphere, and the emotional quality of space.
- The ability to produce quick rough sketches to explain ideas.
- Highly organised with a meticulous eye for detail.
- Must have a positive attitude and be a team player.
