If you need a bit more San Francisco, New York, Vegas, Barcelona, Paris, and Cannes in your life and fancy travelling the globe working with some of the world’s leading business brands, look no further! We’re looking for a boundary-pushing creative designer with a specialization in 3D spatial design who thrives on conceptual thinking, craft, and experimentation, especially with AI and emerging digital workflows. You’ll be responsible for shaping brand environments that facilitate experiences from first sketch to final executions.
You are confident communicating your design vision to clients and collaborators (mentoring junior creatives along the way). You’ll be a critical voice in the creative team, not just executing ideas, but shaping them. You will blend hands-on design, visual storytelling, and team leadership.
About you:
- Must have a curious mind, a sharp eye, and a deep love for form, light, and motion.
- Excited by the blend of digital and physical to build human-centric experiences.
- Passionate about key trends within the design community and regularly share internally and externally too.
- Can communicate your thinking clearly, to clients, to collaborators, and to your own team.
- Able to manage your time efficiently and ensure the team is kept fully appraised at all times, on all jobs.
- Work to a consistently high standard at pace and against tight deadlines.
- Sustainable mindset and awareness.
Experience:
- 3–6+ years of experience in 3D spatial design including a range of types and scales of projects (exhibition design, experiential design, interiors, conference, and everything in between).
Essential skills:
- Highly fluent in 3D modelling and rendering tools (Studio Max, Corona, Twinmotion).
- Knowledge of Adobe Cloud, Vectorworks, and Unreal would be great too.
- Curious and confident using AI tools as collaborators, not just shortcuts.
- Have a strong grasp of materials, lighting, atmosphere, and the emotional quality of space.
- The ability to produce quick rough sketches to explain ideas.
- Highly organised with a meticulous eye for detail.
- Must have a positive attitude and be a team player.
- Embrace and champion 2LK's values and behaviours.
