The PGA TOUR 2K Integrated Marketing team is looking for a Manager, Product Marketing. We are responsible for building data-driven marketing strategies that reach and engage fans with value-rich experiences that drive revenue growth, brand health, and loyalty. As a Manager, Product Marketing, you will be responsible for helping deliver full-funnel marketing campaigns, in partnership with internal and external partners, to drive player satisfaction and commercial success.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a true product marketing expert that understands every facet of our game and how they serve our current and prospective players. An existing passion for, or a willingness to learn about, the sport of golf is key: the PGA TOUR 2K franchise is the most authentic representation of the sport, and success in this role is determined by our ability to demonstrate that to our players.
What You Will Do
- Manage comprehensive end-to-end marketing campaigns across our full live-services machine.
- Own our in-game lifecycle strategy: architecting messaging and offer constructs that move our players through the optimal player experience.
- Lead and execute high-profile brand partnerships, influencer tie-ins, and promotional activations.
- Build and maintain high-trust relationships across our Business Unit and our shared service teams.

- Operational Rigor: You can hold multiple campaigns, live and upcoming, in harmony without losing precision on any one of them.
- Content & Channel Fluency: You can partner with multiple cross-functional teams to orchestrate a multi-touchpoint tactical execution.
- Partnership & Licensing Acumen: You know how to run activations that integrate licenses, licensors and/or talent from concept through to legal sign-off.
- Cross-Functional Influence: You build trust quickly with key stakeholders across the Business Unit, shared services teams, and our development studio.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in product marketing, live-service campaign management, or lifecycle marketing experience within gaming or digital entertainment.
- Extensive knowledge or interest in sports verticals, ideally golf.
- Deep understanding of how to measure and report on marketing performance across owned and operated, earned, and paid channels.
- Familiarity with PC & console gaming marketing (PlayStation, Xbox, Steam) a plus.
