What We Need

The Social Media Coordinator is an entry-level professional individual contributor within the NBA 2K social marketing team. This role focuses on executing social media tasks of defined scope, primarily supporting the broader social strategy through active monitoring and tactical execution. Working under direct supervision, the Coordinator assists in maintaining a positive brand presence by supporting and executing flawlessly across the team.

What You’ll Do

  • Execute social marketing tasks as assigned by senior staff inclusive of publishing, commenting and reporting.
  • Monitor social channels and act as an active listener to identify and understand trends and opportunities.
  • Assist in the analysis of channel sentiment data to provide results and summaries.
  • Contribute to the development of key social content and assets.
  • Provide real time and sustained engagement across priority social channels.
  • Ensure all social outputs align with brand voice and defined procedures.
  • Escalate unusual matters or complex issues to senior professionals for guidance.

  • Previous experience in social media, marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience using Sprinklr and LevelUp.
  • Foundational knowledge of the social marketing discipline.
  • Proficiency in basic social media platforms and monitoring tools.
  • Excellent knowledge of, management of and execution on Social Media Platforms and Tools.
  • Ability to work on problems of defined scope from start to finish.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to follow direct supervision and established procedures.
  • Must speak French and English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Interest in Gaming or Sports.
