What We Need

As Senior Manager, International GTM for EMEA, you will be a senior strategic leader responsible for shaping and executing the regional go‑to‑market approach for NBA 2K across the region. This is not an executional support role. We’re looking for someone who can build the regional strategy from the brief up, own paid media planning end to end, and show up as a credible, trusted face of the brand for our most important external partners.

You’ll work in close partnership with the global marketing team to ensure our campaigns are globally coherent and locally effective. This role requires someone who thinks strategically, operates with urgency, and builds strong relationships across internal teams and external partners alike.

What You’ll Own

  • Regional GTM Strategy: Lead the development and delivery of EMEA go‑to‑market plans that translate the global campaign into regionally effective, culturally resonant marketing. Serve as the regional strategic voice, advocating for local nuance without losing the thread of the global brief.
  • Paid Media Planning and Execution: Own the paid media strategy and execution for EMEA from annual planning and channel mix through in‑market optimization and performance evaluation. Act as the senior lead in agency relationships, holding partners accountable to both the brief and the business targets.
  • External Partner Management: Serve as the primary external‑facing representative for NBA 2K across EMEA, building and managing relationships with key agency, media, and marketing partners. Set the tone for how the brand shows up in every external conversation and ensure executional excellence across all partner‑led activity.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Community and Creator, Paid Influencer, and Product Marketing leads to ensure EMEA is fully integrated across all GTM pillars. Champion a more connected way of working across the international team and help establish the workflows that make it stick.
  • Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and develop direct reports across the EMEA team. Own their growth and create a high‑functioning team environment that works effectively across time zones.
  • Performance and Evaluation: Drive performance conversations throughout the campaign lifecycle, identifying what’s working, flagging where adjustments are needed, and leading the regional evaluation process with Commercial, Insights, and Marketing Strategy stakeholders.

What Will Make You a Great Fit

  • Experienced: proven experience in marketing with meaningful experience in international or regional strategy, ideally within gaming, entertainment, or consumer brands. You’ve built plans, not just executed them.
  • Agency Management: You’ve managed agency relationships at a senior level and know how to get the best out of them. You can write a tight brief, hold partners accountable to it, and course‑correct when the work isn’t landing without burning the relationship.
  • Paid Media Fluency: You’ve owned media plans at a senior level. You understand channel strategy, can hold agencies accountable, and know how to optimize in‑market.
  • Strategic: Comfortable operating at the campaign level while staying close enough to the details to catch what’s slipping. You bring a point of view to every room you’re in.
  • External‑Facing: A natural relationship‑builder with experience representing a brand to outside partners, agencies, and stakeholders. You know how to build trust quickly and maintain it.
  • Collaborative: Skilled at navigating complex, matrixed organizations and building strong cross‑functional alignment across departments and time zones.
  • Communicative: Strong written and verbal communicator who can translate complex regional context into clear direction for global stakeholders, and vice versa.
  • Passionate about Sports and Gaming: A genuine affinity for basketball culture and an understanding of the NBA 2K franchise and its community is a meaningful advantage.
