What we’re looking for

  • An experienced change professional with a solid understanding of change management principles and tools, including impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, and readiness assessments.
  • Comfortable leading and supporting change across technology, process, operating model, and people initiatives.
  • Confident developing and executing change plans, stakeholder engagement strategies, and communications.
  • Experienced working across multiple initiatives in complex, fast-evolving environments.
  • A collaborative communicator, comfortable engaging stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
  • Pragmatic and value-focused, with the ability to balance governance, structure, and delivery pace.
  • Interested in coaching and supporting others through change, helping to build internal change capability over time.
  • Highly familiar with Agile ways of working and comfortable operating in growth-focused environments.
