What we’re looking for:
We are looking for an experienced change professional to join our newly formed internal transformation function during a period of rapid growth. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys operating across multiple initiatives, selecting the right change approach to fit the outcome rather than forcing a single methodology.
Our internal transformation function are curious, pragmatic, and outcome-focused. You will work at the heart of the organisation, helping us plan and embed change, realise value, and ensure our people, processes, and technology evolve in line with our ambitions. You will partner closely with stakeholders across the business, balancing structure with pace and supporting sustainable change that delivers real results.
You will need to be:
- An experienced change professional with a solid understanding of change management principles and tools, including impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, and readiness assessments.
- Comfortable leading and supporting change across technology, process, operating model, and people initiatives.
- Confident developing and executing change plans, stakeholder engagement strategies, and communications.
- Experienced working across multiple initiatives in complex, fast-evolving environments.
- A collaborative communicator, comfortable engaging stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
- Pragmatic and value-focused, with the ability to balance governance, structure, and delivery pace.
- Interested in coaching and supporting others through change, helping to build internal change capability over time.
- Highly familiar with Agile ways of working and comfortable operating in growth-focused environments.
