What we're looking for:

We’re looking for a Business Development Representative who thrives on prospecting, initiating conversations and creating qualified sales opportunities with target customers. You’ll be responsible for identifying and researching ideal accounts, executing outbound activity (calls, emails, LinkedIn) and opening doors for our consulting sales team. Highly organised and detail-driven, you’ll manage multiple outbound campaigns simultaneously using Salesforce CRM. Comfortable with rejection and motivated by targets, you’ll bring curiosity, resilience, and a strong desire to improve conversion rates through feedback and coaching. Supported by an experienced tech consultancy sales team, you’ll develop your commercial skills with the aim of progressing into a consultative IT services sales role.

You’ll need to:

  • Have commercial experience in a sales or business development environment such as recruitment, call centre sales, lead generation or outbound sales.
  • Have an interest in learning about technology or digital services, with a willingness to learn about our broad range of quality assurance services including data services, AI and enterprise tooling solutions.
  • Proven ability to prospect, generate leads, and build relationships through phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Be a confident communicator, comfortable engaging with both new and existing clients to identify opportunities.
  • Be target-driven and motivated by performance-based rewards.

Your day job will look like:

  • Prospect and generate new leads via phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach meeting agreed targets as set within the team.
  • Manage and maintain outbound prospecting campaigns via: LinkedIn, Phone and Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with the wider sales team on breaking into accounts and learning from experienced colleagues and applying feedback.
  • Conduct research on target markets and potential clients to uncover new ways to open the door to conversations.
  • Work in a fast-paced, varied environment, combining outreach, research, client engagement, and collaboration.
