Our client is looking for an ambitious and motivated Property Sales Consultant to join a growing and energetic team required for 3 days a week. If you’re confident speaking with people, enjoy building relationships, and love the buzz of hitting targets, this is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career in a fast-paced and rewarding environment. Previous experience within the property or construction sector would be highly advantageous, particularly for candidates who understand the industry, local market, and client relationship management within these environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Handling enquiries and identifying sales opportunities
  • Managing the sales process from initial contact through to completion
  • Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products or services
  • Achieving individual and team sales targets
  • Keeping customer records and systems updated
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver excellent service

Experience and Skills Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service or sales
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
