If you're confident speaking with people, enjoy building relationships, and love the buzz of hitting targets, this is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career in a fast-paced and rewarding environment. Previous experience within the property or construction sector would be highly advantageous, particularly for candidates who understand the industry, local market, and client relationship management within these environments. Key Responsibilities: * Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients * Handling enquiries and identifying sales opportunities * Managing the sales process from initial contact through to completion * Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products or services * Achieving individual and team sales targets * Keeping customer records and systems updated * Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver excellent service Experience and Skills Requirements * Previous experience in customer service or sales * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Competent IT skills with the ability to use various sales tools and platforms * General local knowledge of the area would be advantageous * Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve targets * Well-presented with a professional, positive, and engaging attitude * A driven, enthusiastic, and ambitious individual with a genuine desire to succeed * Strong relationship-building and organisational skills * A positive approach and willingness to learn and develop If you have not been contacted within 5 working days, then unfortunately on this occasion your CV has not been shortlisted.
