An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Legal PA to join a busy and collaborative legal team based in London. This role offers the chance to support senior lawyers on high-quality work while playing a key role in the smooth day-to-day running of the practice.
The Role
- Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to senior fee earners, ensuring matters are managed efficiently and to a high standard.
- Manage complex diaries, arrange meetings, and coordinate travel.
- Prepare presentations and support billing and WIP processes.
- Draft, amend, and proofread legal documents and correspondence.
- Act as a professional point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Assist with business development activities and internal administration.
- Provide cover and support to colleagues as required.
About You
This role would suit a proactive and highly organised Legal PA with experience supporting at a senior level. You will ideally have:
- Previous experience as a Legal PA or Legal Secretary within a professional services environment.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Fast and accurate typing skills (60 wpm+) with excellent attention to detail.
- A calm, personable approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A legal secretarial qualification or exposure to corporate work (desirable but not essential).
