Our client is looking for a proactive and organised Out of Hours Recruitment Resourcer to join a busy and growing recruitment team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants the flexibility of working outside traditional office hours. You will play a key role in supporting recruitment activity, engaging with candidates, managing availability, and ensuring clients receive an excellent service when they need it most.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and identifying suitable candidates for available roles
- Contacting candidates via telephone, email, and online platforms
- Screening candidates and assessing suitability for vacancies
- Managing candidate availability and coordinating bookings
- Updating recruitment systems and maintaining accurate records
- Responding to candidate queries and providing excellent customer service
- Supporting urgent recruitment requirements outside standard office hours
- Building strong relationships with candidates and ensuring a positive experience
- Working closely with consultants and clients to support recruitment activity
- Assisting with general recruitment administration and resourcing tasks
Working Hours: Monday - Friday: 4:30pm - 9:00pm, Saturday 5:00pm (Flexible working patterns may be discussed)
