Regional Legal 500 Firm | Excellent Career Development | High-Quality Private Client Work I am working with a well-regarded regional Legal 500 firm that are looking to add a Junior Private Client Solicitor with at least 6 months PQE to join its growing and well-established private client team. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor looking to develop their career within a supportive, collegiate environment, working alongside experienced private client lawyers and advising a varied client base on complex and high-value matters. You will have the opportunity to work across a broad range of private client matters, including but not limited to: Complex Wills and succession planning Inheritance Tax planning Lifetime and discretionary trusts Trust creation, administration and taxation Trust registration and ongoing management Probate and estate administration High-value and taxable estates Lasting Powers of Attorney Court of Protection matters Deputyship applications Attorney support services The role will provide exposure to complex work and the opportunity to develop strong technical expertise while building long-term client relationships. You will ideally have experience across a broad range of private client work and a genuine interest in developing your expertise in areas such as trusts, tax, estate planning and succession.
