Due to a significant increase in workload, we are looking for a motivated and organised Graduate Administrator to join our friendly and fast-paced recruitment team on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate looking to gain valuable commercial experience in a professional office environment. Whether you're considering a career in recruitment, business, HR, sales, or administration, this role will provide hands-on experience and exposure to the day-to-day running of a successful recruitment consultancy. Key Responsibilities: Answering and directing incoming telephone calls Posting and managing job advertisements across multiple platforms Screening and processing incoming CVs Uploading candidate information onto our CRM system Maintaining accurate candidate records and databases Supporting consultants with a variety of administrative tasks Arranging interviews and confirming appointments Responding to candidate enquiries via phone and email General office administration and ad hoc duties as required About You: Recent graduate or equivalent Highly organised with excellent attention to detail Confident telephone manner and strong communication skills Comfortable working in a busy, fast-moving environment Able to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Positive, enthusiastic attitude and willing to get stuck in This is a great opportunity to gain practical office experience, strengthen your CV, and work within a welcoming team environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
