We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Business Support Coordinator to join a busy team on a short-term basis. This is a fast-paced, hands‑on role where you’ll play a key part in keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes. The Role
Acting as the central support function for ongoing projects, you’ll coordinate logistics, manage schedules, and ensure everything is in the right place at the right time.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating travel and accommodation bookings across the UK and internationally
- Arranging hire of essential equipment and ensuring timely delivery to site
- Raising and managing purchase orders, keeping records accurate and up to date
- Scheduling and coordinating team resources effectively
- Liaising with suppliers to track deliveries and resolve any issues
- Providing flexible administrative support as priorities shift
Experience and Skills Requirements
