Are you someone that loves working with people? Do you have an empathetic approach towards people and are you happy to chat to them? Our client is looking for a receptionist who has excellent communication skills and who can join their established team. You will be taking high-volume inbound calls from people and booking them in for consultations. You will need to maintain confidentiality at all times and provide an excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Answer all enquiries and client queries coming into the business in a polite and courteous manner.
- Ensure detailed messages are passed to the relevant individual as soon as possible and that appointments are added to the diary in line with company policies.
- Update the team with details of new enquiries.
- Maintain company diary.
- Provide an excellent level of client care in all communications with new and existing clients.
- Ensure all individuals including guests adhere to health and safety requirements.
Experience and Skills Requirements:
- Previous experience within administration
- Strong IT skills and ability to work between different systems
- Ability to provide strong administrative support
