Our client is seeking a highly organised and professional PA to support a busy and fast-paced property team. This is an urgent requirement and an excellent opportunity for an experienced individual who thrives in a varied role. The position will involve providing PA support, assisting with the preparation of property particulars, managing correspondence and liaising directly with clients and stakeholders. You will play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of administrative processes and supporting the team’s wider activities. Key Responsibilities: * Providing high-quality PA and secretarial support to the team * Preparing, formatting, and proofreading property particulars and marketing materials * Liaising with clients, solicitors, agents, and other stakeholders in a professional and courteous manner * Diary management and appointment scheduling * Handling incoming correspondence, calls, and emails * Maintaining accurate records and filing systems * Supporting with ad hoc administrative duties as required Experience and Skills Requirements * Previous experience in a secretarial, administrative, or PA role (ideally within property or professional services) * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Strong attention to detail and organisational ability * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) * Confident in dealing with clients and external conta…
