Our client is seeking a creative and highly organised Marketing Co-ordinator to bring their bold brand vision to life across a variety of channels and touchpoints. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where no two days are the same, from rolling out campaigns and coordinating photoshoots, to managing partnerships and creating on-brand assets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the master marketing calendar to keep campaigns and deliverables on track.
- Oversee timelines, briefs, and asset delivery across key campaigns.
- Liaise with internal teams and freelancers to ensure smooth execution.
- Coordinate photoshoots from concept to completion.
- Manage marketing assets across CRM, social platforms, and third-party channels.
- Handle incoming marketing enquiries and direct them appropriately.
- Support brand consistency across all visual and written touchpoints.
- Collaborate on campaign concepts and creative development.
- Create marketing assets using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign).
- Assist with photoshoot styling, briefing, and art direction.
- Identify and support creative brand-aligned partnerships.
Experience and Skills Requirements:
- At least 2 years’ experience in a creative marketing or brand coordination role.
- Exceptionally organised, proactive and detail-oriented, with a hands-on approach.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced or agile environment.
- Confident using Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and InDesign.
- Skilled in managing deadlines, timelines, and project workflows.
- A collaborative team player who’s equally comfortable working independently.
- Must be a car driver.
