The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the marketing function, assisting with research, campaign development, vendor management and administrative tasks. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual to grow within the field of marketing, gaining hands-on experience and ownership over projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with market research to support strategic marketing initiatives. This skill will develop over time.
- Collaborate on the review and development of marketing campaigns, both digital and traditional.
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including tracking sources of business, coordinating social media content, and assisting with the monthly newsletter.
- Help manage relationships with suppliers, particularly in sourcing quotes and establishing long-term relationships.
- Maintain strong relationships with external agencies, ensuring smooth communication and project execution.
- 2 to 3 years of marketing experience (preferably within professional services, but not essential).
- Degree in Marketing or a related field, with strong English language skills.
- Ability to plan, organise, and execute marketing campaigns while coordinating with stakeholders and vendors.
- Awareness of digital marketing channels, SEO, PPC advertising, and AI applications in marketing. Prior experience with Google Ads is advantageous.
- Ability to evaluate marketing campaigns, analyse data, and contribute to data-driven decision-making.
- Familiarity with marketing software and digital platforms. Being tech-savvy is beneficial.
- Must be a car driver.
