Our client is seeking an organised and detail-driven Administrator to support their Commercial team during a high-volume project period. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, spreadsheets and structured processes, and who has strong Excel capability. You will play a key part in coordinating communication, updating commercial data in Excel, supporting sales-related administration, and ensuring smooth workflow across the team.
Contract: Fixed term until the end of March (with the potential to extend)
Package & Benefits:
- Bonus: Β£500 completion bonus (subject to successful performance and accuracy)
- Hours: 37.5 per week
- Holiday: 2.08 days per month
- Hybrid working: Up to 2 days per week from home

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and issue formal correspondence to key stakeholders in line with set processes
- Track and record responses, agreements and commercial changes, maintaining clear documentation
- Maintain accurate digital filing, email trails and sales administration records
- Log and update information across multiple online systems, portals and Excel spreadsheets
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure data is correct, complete and actioned within deadlines
- Support the Commercial team with administrative and sales administration tasks, including data checking and reporting in Excel
About You:
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Confident working across several systems, data sources and Excel spreadsheets
- Strong written communication and documentation skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and check data accurately
- Proactive, self-sufficient and able to work collaboratively
- Experience in an administrative or sales administration role (up to 12 months ideal)
- Strong Excel skills able to use formulas, filters, formatting and data checks confidently
