Key Responsibilities
- Managing a portfolio of nearly 100 rental properties
- Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants
- Coordinating maintenance and repair works with contractors
- Handling property enquiries and resolving issues efficiently
- Organising property inspections and follow-up actions
- Managing tenancy renewals, notices, and related documentation
- Ensuring all compliance requirements are met and maintained
- Updating property management systems and maintaining accurate records
- Supporting the lettings team with administrative duties as required
- Delivering outstanding customer service at every stage of the tenancy journey
Experience and Skills Requirements
- Previous experience within lettings, property management, estate agency, or administration
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Competent IT skills, including Microsoft Office and property management software
- Professional, approachable, and customer-focused manner
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Own car and full UK driving licence is required
