Our client is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to support a busy team within a professional environment. This is a pivotal support role, providing comprehensive administrative and secretarial assistance to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce high-quality correspondence and documents through audio typing and word processing
  • Organise and maintain digital and physical filing systems, including opening, closing, and retrieving records
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, copying tasks, and document dispatch
  • Schedule appointments, manage diaries, and coordinate meetings
  • Prepare and tidy meeting rooms; arrange refreshments as needed
  • Welcome and assist clients or visitors in person and by phone, maintaining a friendly and professional manner
  • Support colleagues with overflow work and mentor junior or temporary team members as required
  • Maintain confidentiality of all documentation and sensitive information
  • Operate internal systems and complete online forms when required
  • Identify ways to improve efficiency and ensure documents meet high presentation standards

Experience and Skills Requirements:
