Our client is seeking a Legal Administrator to join their team and provide essential office support. This is an excellent opportunity for either a Legal Graduate with some work experience or an individual with a background in professional services looking to gain exposure to the legal sector. The firm is highly supportive of career development and is open to assisting candidates who wish to gain legal experience, including those looking to sit the Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE).
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming and greeting visitors to the office
- Handling incoming telephone enquiries
- Opening and managing case files
- Diary management and appointment scheduling
- Providing administrative support to solicitors on an ad hoc basis
