An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a busy residential property team based in Leeds. This is a permanent position focused on high-volume, fast-paced transactions within a residential development and part exchange environment.
You will manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters independently from instruction through to completion, including leasehold and freehold transactions. The role will involve acting on behalf of housebuilders and developers, dealing with plot sales and part exchange properties.
You will handle all aspects of the conveyancing process including drafting and issuing legal documentation, managing pre-contract enquiries, reviewing titles and searches, negotiating contracts, overseeing exchanges, completions, and post-completion work such as SDLT submissions and Land Registry registrations. This is a fast-moving role where efficiency, accuracy, and the ability to meet tight deadlines are essential.
