Our Client is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Law Graduate to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in a legal or corporate environment. The role will provide exposure to a range of legal and administrative tasks, supporting the wider team and contributing to various projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with reviewing and drafting legal documents and correspondence
- Conduct legal research and summarise findings
- Support the legal or compliance team with administrative tasks
- Supporting with the onboarding of new clients and gathering required documentation
- Attend and take notes in meetings, where required
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders
- Provide general support to fee earners or legal advisors
- Handling client queries via phone, email, and in person in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain and organise files and records
Requirements:
- A degree in Law (LLB or equivalent)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Organised, proactive, and able to prioritise workload
- A willingness to learn and take initiative
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Previous office or legal work experience (e.g., internship, placement) is beneficial but not essential
