Key Responsibilities:
- Review quotations before they progress into confirmed orders, checking product compatibility and ensuring all details are accurate
- Prepare and coordinate documentation, approvals, and custom order requests where required
- Manage customer orders throughout the full sales journey, maintaining regular communication and updates
- Monitor order schedules and ensure timelines align with customer expectations
- Keep customers informed throughout the process, including delivery readiness and final stages of completion
- Handle customer enquiries efficiently, answering questions and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner
- Liaise with internal departments and logistics teams to coordinate deliveries and schedules
- Maintain accurate records, update systems, and ensure all communication is documented appropriately
- Support wider business operations and take on additional responsibilities as the team continues to grow
