Our client is looking for a Customer Services Advisor to join a busy and supportive team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, building relationships with customers delivering a high standard of service. You will play a key role in managing enquiries, supporting clients, and ensuring customers receive clear guidance and efficient service throughout their journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle new business quotations.
- Respond to customer enquiries regarding policy cover and benefits.
- Manage and respond to customer enquiries received via email and telephone.
- Issue documentation.
- Support the onboarding of new clients, ensuring correct processes and compliance standards are followed.
- Assist with training and mentoring new team members where required.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across departments to deliver a smooth customer experience.
- Contribute to ongoing process improvements and problem solving within the team.
