Our client is seeking a proactive and confident Temporary Customer Service Executive to join their friendly team for a period of 5 weeks. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys phone-based work and is comfortable updating databases.

Customer Service Executive Key Responsibilities:

  • Making outbound calls to clients to assess their interest in booking appointments.
  • Updating and maintaining accurate client data on the database.
  • Engaging with clients and prospects on LinkedIn.
  • Sending out sales information and follow-ups as required.

Customer Service Executive Experience and Skills Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and telephone skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
  • Confident using LinkedIn and other online platforms.
  • Ability to work well within a team in a supportive and friendly environment.

This is an ongoing temporary position with the opportunity to work in a welcoming and collaborative team.
