Key Responsibilities: * Preparing Building Regulations submissions and technical documentation. * Producing tender packages, working drawings and construction details. * Supporting the technical delivery of projects across a variety of sectors. * Assisting with project coordination throughout all stages of the design and construction process. * Liaising with clients, consultants and contractors to ensure successful project delivery. * Maintaining high technical standards and ensuring compliance with current Building Regulations. * Supporting project management activities and meeting project deadlines. * Contributing to a collaborative team environment and assisting with problem-solving throughout project lifecycles. Experience and Skills Requirements * Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit. * Strong technical knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing. * Ideally a minimum of three years' architectural experience within the UK. * Experience working on a range of project types and scales. * Good understanding of both refurbishment and new-build projects. * Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail. * Ability to manage workload effectively and support projects through to completion. * Flexible and collaborative approach to problem-solving. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
