Our client is looking for an experienced and motivated Site Set-Up Paralegal to join their highly regarded Residential Development team. In this role, you’ll act for leading housebuilder clients, playing an integral part in the set-up of new residential sites and ensuring a seamless process from acquisition through to plot sales. You’ll have the opportunity for daily client interaction, working closely with both clients and colleagues to deliver exceptional service. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced, supportive environment and wants to make a real impact within a successful and forward-thinking property team.
We’re looking for someone with prior experience in site set-up within a residential development or property team. You’ll be detail-oriented, proactive, and confident in managing client relationships. You will demonstrate:
