Our client is seeking a proactive and organised Administrator for an immediate start to support a busy recruitment function, focused on finance-related vacancies.
This role is based in Farnham and requires a minimum of three days per week in the office.

- Create and publish vacancy advertisements on job boards including Indeed and Reed.
- Monitor applications and manage candidate pipelines.
- Review and screen CVs against predefined role competencies.
- Assess applicants for Finance Manager and Financial Controller vacancies using established criteria.
- Progress suitable candidates through the recruitment process.
- Support the wider Resourcing team with administrative and recruitment activities.
- Manage multiple vacancies and recruitment campaigns simultaneously.
- Ensure all recruitment processes are followed accurately and consistently.
- Learn and utilise the Recruitee ATS system effectively following training. Experience and Skills Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administration, recruitment administration, resourcing, customer service, coordination, or office support role.
- Experience managing multiple tasks and priorities within a busy environment.
- Experience working with databases, CRM systems, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), or similar software.
- Experience communicating with customers, candidates, or stakeholders via telephone and email.
- Strong understanding of administrative processes and maintaining accurate records.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with candidates.
- Competent user of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
- Good typing speed and keyboard proficiency, with the ability to take notes whilst speaking with candidates.
