An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Service Engineer to join a growing organisation delivering specialist services to clients across the region. This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same. You’ll be out on client sites, solving problems, keeping systems running smoothly, and building great relationships along the way.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attend client sites to carry out servicing, repairs and system checks
  • Diagnose and resolve issues quickly and efficiently
  • Deliver excellent customer service and act as a professional representative at all times
  • Plan daily work schedules and ensure the correct tools and materials are available
  • Complete service reports and maintain accurate records of site visits
  • Liaise with clients on-site to answer queries and provide updates
