We are looking for an ambitious and personable Property Fee Earner with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE to join a thriving and well-respected property team in Camberley. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated legal professional who enjoys building strong client relationships, managing a varied caseload, and working within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
You will play a key role in handling a broad mix of residential property matters while delivering exceptional client service from instruction through to completion.
Key Responsibilities:- Managing your own caseload of residential property transactions, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Transfers of equity
- Remortgages
- New build transactions
- Shared ownership matters
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and third parties
- Maintaining high standards of client care and compliance throughout the transaction process
