Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department
- Advise on workplace relations, explaining policies, procedures and legislation
- Update and maintain HR Information System data
- Offer first-line HR advice to managers and employees
- Ensure accurate recording of confidential personal, employment and staffing information
- Prepare and issue contractual documentation for appointments and terminations
- Handle new starter paperwork, references, right-to-work checks, contracts and payroll updates
- Manage HR paperwork for contract amendments
- Assist with offboarding, exit interviews, and processing leaver documentation
Experience and Skills Requirements
- Previous administrative experience within a HR department
- CIPD qualification would be an advantage
- Personable with strong communication and relationship building capabilities
- Experience working with the highest level of discretion. Maintaining confidentiality and always adhering to data protection legislation
