Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Customer Care and Partnerships teams
- Act as a key contact for customer and client enquiries
- Chase contractors for appointments and updates on completed works
- Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers to resolve defects efficiently
- Raise work instructions, quotations, and material orders
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation
- Support inspections, complaints handling, and insurance claims administration
- Provide cover for incoming customer care calls
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery
Experience & Skills Required:
- Previous customer service, customer care, coordinator, or administration experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of COINS software would be advantageous
- Professional, adaptable, and customer-focused approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
