Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining and updating CRM systems accurately and efficiently.
- Managing data across multiple databases and internal systems.
- Utilising AI tools and technology to support administrative processes and improve efficiency.
- Assisting the Programmes Manager with the creation and formatting of sales materials, presentations, and business documents.
- Ensuring all records are accurate, compliant, and up to date.
- Supporting reporting activities and general business administration tasks.
- Liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Skills & Experience Required
- Previous experience in an administrative, business support, or office-based role is desirable but recent graduates also considered.
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
- Comfortable using AI-powered tools and modern technology.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
