Our client is seeking an organised and detail-oriented part-time Payroll Administrator (30 hours per month) to join a supportive HR team. Working closely with the Director of People and external payroll provider ADP, you will play a key role in delivering an accurate and efficient payroll service for employees across the business. Key Responsibilities: Administer payroll changes including starters, leavers, salary changes, promotions, contractual amendments, and employee benefits. Prepare and process monthly payroll information, ensuring all deadlines are met and payroll records remain accurate and up to date. Liaise with ADP and internal stakeholders to resolve payroll queries, discrepancies, and employee enquiries. Manage absence, sickness, maternity and holiday-related payroll calculations and records.
