Due to a significant increase in workload, we are looking for a motivated and organised Graduate Administrator to join our friendly and fast-paced recruitment team on a temporary basis.

Key Responsibilities
- Answering and directing incoming telephone calls
- Posting and managing job advertisements across multiple platforms
- Screening and processing incoming CVs
- Uploading candidate information onto our CRM system
- Maintaining accurate candidate records and databases
- Supporting consultants with a variety of administrative tasks
- Arranging interviews and confirming appointments
- Responding to candidate enquiries via phone and email
- General office administration and ad hoc duties as required
About You
- Recent graduate or equivalent
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Confident telephone manner and strong communication skills
- Comfortable working in a busy, fast-moving environment
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- Able to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Positive, enthusiastic attitude and willing to get stuck in
