2H is seeking a Head of Legal to provide strategic legal, contractual and compliance support across ASE's international engineering operations. You will advise on EPC contracts, liability, IP, risk allocation and governance, partnering with senior leaders to balance commercial opportunity with legal risk.
You will lead a small legal team, manage external counsel, and drive compliance programs across multiple jurisdictions, with a hybrid working model and a competitive package.
