2gether Support Solutions is a Facilities and Estates services company providing support to healthcare professionals caring for over 2000 patients daily across multiple East Kent hospital sites. 2gether provides vital services including maintenance, cleaning, catering, procurement, logistics and much more.

We are looking for an experienced administrator to join our Estates Team at William Harvey Hospital on a full time (working 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday), permanent basis. As a central point of the team, the administrator provides high quality, comprehensive administration support whilst acting as a liaison point between Management, other staff, and contractors.

Key responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact on behalf of Management for all enquiries from other departments within 2gether and the Trust.
  • Maintain filing and computer systems and relevant databases, ensuring accurate data entry, efficient management of records and compliance with GDPR.
  • Plan and facilitate rota management and overtime/agency requests across the department.
  • Maintenance of stationary and office supplies.
  • Meet deadlines and commitments of others within agreed timescales, escalating where required.
  • General office support, such as sorting post, photocopying, sending and receiving emails, answering telephone calls and dealing with enquiries.
  • Provide support on confidential matters, including HR issues and formal meetings.

The person:

  • Experience of a range of administrative/secretarial procedures, within a busy administrative environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills when dealing with internal and external customers.
  • Computer literate, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • The ability to prioritise own workload and meet deadlines with outstanding organisational skills.
  • Remain calm in a busy environment whilst working under pressure.
  • Good interpersonal skills, communicating and liaising within a multidisciplinary team.
